As a Part Time Marketing Graphic Designer at Iversoft you turn research, creative direction and User Experience (UX) requirements into unique, expressive, on-brand visual designs for email, social media, ads, documents (presentations, reports, marketing collateral, brand guides), SWAG, tradeshow displays, content marketing, infographics, small video clips, moodboards, wireframes and more. You have an in-depth knowledge of best practices, and can learn from and adapt to the challenge, change and feedback that are inevitable in this kind of role.

With the freedom to push the limits with each design, you’ll be a key part of driving the creative output of our team’s work, collaborating closely with managers, writers, and Clients to identify potential bottlenecks or challenges, while delivering top-quality design.



  • Generating amazing design for email campaigns
  • Designing posts for all social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest)
  • Designing ads for both internal projects and client needs
  • Layout, format and design documentation, presentations and marketing/sales collateral 
  • Layout, format and design of ebooks, white papers, case studies 
  • Design and preparation of thank you cards / holiday cards, postcards, signage 
  • Create and manage design assets for SWAG, tradeshow displays 
  • Liaise  with print partners to ensure accurate, high quality production of any printing assets 
  • Some small video editing, formatting and update work (likely using iMovie and AfterEffects) 
  • Understanding not only of the different design requirements for social media, but also the different feel posts should have depending on which platform they are posted on
  • Draft early-stage creation direction materials like moodboards, style guides and user research
  • Draft comprehensive designs to showcase colour, font and other visual elements
  • Draft wireframes to showcase colour, font, and other visual elements
  • Collaborating with the marketing teams to define direction on projects based on the needs of the client
  • Keeping knowledge of design and industry trends current


  • Professional experience (freelance or otherwise) - including a recent portfolio of work in email, web design, document layout, marketing collateral, etc 
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite of tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Expert knowledge of formatting and design capabilities within Microsoft suite products (Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Experience with wire framing and prototyping tools like Omnigraffle, Sketch or Balsamiq
  • Working knowledge of best practices on social media, email and responsive web
  • Excellent communicator across varying levels of subject matter knowledge
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision, but who knows when to ask for help


  • Familiarity and experience within the WCAG accessibility compliance guidelines
  • Experience with collaboration tools like Invision
  • Experience with MailChimp
  • Experience in interactive design 
  • Knowledge of front-end web languages like HTML or CSS
  • Knowledge of digital asset optimization for SEO
  • Some knowledge of print design best practices
